The 'Create Manually' option allows you to draft a new article directly within Pageloop. This is ideal for documenting features that are not yet live or when you want to create content from product notes, transcripts, or design mockups.
How to Manually Create an Article
To begin, click the + Quick Actions button located at the top of the left-hand navigation panel.
In the menu that appears, hover over Create Articles and then click on Create Manually.
You will be directed to the 'Create Manually' page. This form allows you to provide all the necessary information for your new article.
Product Notes (Required): Enter your content into this field. This context is used to generate the article draft.
Images: Upload any images you want to be included in the article.
Template: If you have set up Article Templates, you can select one here to structure your draft.
Article Title: This field is optional. If you leave it blank, a title will be generated for you automatically.
After filling in the details, click Generate Draft to create your new article.
Next Steps
Once your draft is ready, you can edit it and then push the draft to your help centre.
