When you create an article on Pageloop either using the Record a Flow option or by entering the Release notes, once the draft is ready, here's how you can get it into Intercom -
Open the article, make any edits you want to, annotate your screenshots, and when ready, click on Create Draft in the top-right corner
This will create a new draft on your Intercom
To go straight to your Intercom Draft, click on the View on Intercom button in the top-right corner (this button only appear after the draft has been pushed to Intercom).
Once the draft is pushed to Intercom, we currently don't allow further edits to that article on Pageloop. You can of course make any changes on Intercom before publishing ✨
