Once Pageloop identifies articles that need changes, you can review and apply these suggestions directly within the app. This guide walks you through reviewing both text and screenshot updates to keep your knowledge base accurate.

Reviewing and Applying Updates

  1. Navigate to the Updates tab from the left-hand menu. Here you will find a list of articles that Pageloop has flagged for updates.

  2. Click on an article from the list to open the editor. Once opened, it shows the article content in the center and a list of suggested updates in the Details panel on the right.

  3. Review each suggested change. For text updates, you can click Accept to apply the change or Dismiss to ignore it. For screenshot updates, you can review the suggested image replacement from the Details panel. As you accept changes, their status will update to APPROVED.

Note: Screenshot updates appear only if you enabled the "This is a UI change" toggle.

  4. After reviewing all updates by accepting or rejecting changes, click the Update Article button in the top-right corner. A confirmation pop-up will appear to confirm pushing changes to your help center. Pageloop will maintain the article's original status; for example, a published article remains published.

  5. After the update is complete, the button will change to View article on Intercom, allowing you to see the live version of your updated article.

Once you've reviewed an article, use the keyboard shortcuts J and K to move to the next or previous article to review the next set of updates! ✨

If you don't want to push updates directly to a published Intercom article, you can use the Copy button on the top-right corner and paste it into your Intercom article. The clipboard will copy the full article with the edits you made and the Pageloop updates you accepted. The Pageloop updates that were not accepted or were rejected will not be copied to the clipboard.
