Creating and Managing Article Templates
Article Templates help you maintain a consistent style and format across your knowledge base. By creating templates from your best existing articles, you can ensure that all new content follows your brand's voice and structure.
How to Create an Article Template
Navigate to Settings by clicking on your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app.
Select Templates from the sidebar menu.
On the Article Creation Templates page, click the + Create Template button.
In the dialog that appears, enter a name for your new template in the Template Name field.
Click on Select Articles and select the articles as examples for your template's style. Select 3-5 articles for the best results.
Click the Create Template button to finish.
How to Use an Article Template
Once you've created a template, you can apply it when generating new articles.
When creating a new article, on the extension, look for the Article Type dropdown menu.
Click the dropdown and select the template you want to use. Pageloop will then use that template to format your new article.
How to Manage Your Templates
You can easily manage your existing templates from the Templates page in your settings.
To delete a template, click the three-dot menu icon next to it and click Delete Template. This will not impact any of your articles!
