Connect Pageloop with your favorite tools to streamline your documentation workflow. By integrating with services like Zendesk, HubSpot, and Intercom, you can manage your customer support tickets and knowledge base articles more efficiently.
How to Access the Integrations Page
Click on your profile in the bottom-left corner of the app.
Select Settings from the menu.
In the Settings sidebar, click on Integrations.
This will take you to the main Integrations page, where you can view and manage all available connections.
Connecting and Managing Apps
On the Integrations page, you will see a list of all supported applications.
To connect a new app: Click the Connect button and follow the authorization prompts to link your account.
To manage an existing connection: Connected apps will show Disconnect and Configure options, allowing you to modify or remove the integration as needed.
You can connect only one knowledge base integration (like Zendesk, Intercom, or HubSpot) at a time.
Coming Soon: Slack and Linear
We are expanding our integrations to include Slack and Linear. Soon, you'll be able to get updates from Linear tickets moving to QA or receive new release notifications directly from your product team's Slack channels.
