Add Context About Your Product

Providing details about your product is a key step in setting up Pageloop. This gives our AI the context it needs to provide more accurate and relevant documentation suggestions, ensuring your help center content is always aligned with your product's features.

You can add your product details in two ways: during the initial setup or later from your account settings.

From the Setup Checklist

If you're setting up your account for the first time, you can add your product details directly from the main dashboard.

  1. On the main dashboard, locate the Setup Checklist.

  2. Click Enter Product Details.

  3. In the Product Details field that appears, provide a clear and detailed explanation of what your product does. When you're finished, click Save & Continue.

From Your Account Settings

You can also add or update your product details at any time from your account settings. This is useful if you skipped the initial setup or need to make changes later.

  1. Navigate to Settings by clicking on your profile at the bottom-left of the page.

  2. Select Product Details from the settings menu on the left.

  3. You will see the Product Description field. Add or edit your product information here and click Save.
