Written by Nivedha Venkatesh

Pageloop automatically tracks your clicks and captures screenshots to help you maintain accurate documentation. When product features change, use the Updates page to review and apply suggested text and screenshot replacements.

Review Suggested Updates

Follow these steps to navigate the Updates page and apply changes to your articles:

  1. Navigate to the Updates section using the left-hand sidebar to view pending and completed documentation updates.

  2. Click through the status tabs at the top to filter your view by Todo, In Progress, Resolved, and All.

  3. Click a specific update from the list to view its details.

  4. Select an impacted article to open the editor and review the suggested changes.

  5. In the right-hand panel, click Replace Text to view a text update suggestion. This highlights where a product feature has changed, prompting you to update the outdated part of your article.

  6. Click Replace Screenshot in the right panel to view visual updates. This displays the updated screenshot captured via the Pageloop Chrome extension, allowing you to easily replace the outdated image.

Next Steps

After reviewing and accepting the necessary changes, you can publish the updated article. For more information on the color-coded highlights, see Types of Update Suggestions.
